Went to hayley to book a Last minute holiday to Ibiza. We have just returned and the service we got was amazing. She did everything without question. Part of being self employed is setting goals and working towards them, so 5 years ago I set agoal to reunite my wife Catherine with her brother in Perth Australia and get her to meet with all her nieces and nephews.

I set out to make this journey an experience of a lifetime.

I personally had grand dreams, but yes the ladies were right if we are going all this way we did need to spend most of the time catching up with the family. 

Once the first dates for booking flights and accommodation became available I was given an option which sounded perfect and even given a time scale to pay off and even put extra money away.

The 1st of June (2019) we set off for Perth, with knowledge that Hayley was available should we need any help.

Catherine and I made many memories and on the way back we got time to spend 4 nights in Singapore, which is truly a very multicultural city and well worth a visit.

Wow Haley I must admit i did not expect the service i got from you when I traveled recently to Sweden . The service was six star starting from when i asked you for information to you booking my trip. the experience was fabulous including my stay at the Globe hotel In Stockholm. You even seemed to be there when i needed you on my arrival @ 1:30 am in the morning . thanks for all your efforts on my behalf.

I would like to thank Hayley John-Charles from Not Just Travel for arranging my recent holiday in Italy.

She got us very competitive prices for our hotel stay and flights, everything was automatic and done for us. We just turned up at the hotel, collected the key and walked into our room. We were pre-checked in, so the next morning we just turned up at the airport and showed out tickets on our phones and walked onto the plane. Perfect.

She also arranged very cheap car hire for us which worked equally as well. When I queried a charge. Hayley dealt swiftly, professionally and without a word of complaint even though it turned out to be my own stupid fault.

I cannot recommend Hayley and Not Just Travel highly enough and I've already asked her to arrange my next holiday to Vienna.

Point of view glazing is a family run double glazing company based in the borough of Bexley.When we are not hard at work installing windows and doors ensuring homes are stylish, safe and secure we try to spend as much time as we can with our family.

Saturday this week I messaged Hayley at Not Just Travel, informing her I wanted to book a family break which will be a birthday surprise for my dad. I gave her the key factors of our desired break, fishing, hot tub, woodlands, something for our 11.5 year old, dates and budget.

The very next day Hayley presented me with a good proposal which included the full information of the break, location and the price was a fraction of the budget. I contacted my mum and we booked straight away.

The process could not have been easier, Hayley is always helpful and contactable either via the phone, email or messages. This is in fact the 3rd holiday my family and I have booked via Hayley and Not Just Travel. I can't thank you enough for your help in my time of need, I was on my way to the airport when I realised I had no holiday insurance. I rang Hayley from Not Just Travel to ask if she could sort insurance for myself and my family. Hayley bent over backwards to make sure all was sorted before I left England,

I would recommend Hayley for her professional and outstanding service, since then I have used her service again for holiday insurance and for booking airport parking.

This is to say a big thank you to Hayley for her professional advice before my wife and I flew out to Vardero Cuba on 08/09/18.

Hayley kindly advised us to change the Cuban currency, CUC in Cuba as we go along because we will not get a good rate to the pound sterling with any leftover Cuban currency.

Hayley's advice helped us to manage our money better during our holiday, with just enough money left to buy 2 litres of Rum in duty free before we flew back to London.

And most of all, with Hayley's advice, I bought a ticket for the VIP lounge from her, which helped us to fly out in style after a nice breakfast and a few drinks.

Initially my wife was sceptial about VIP lounge, but our wonderful experience with priority access to board the place, we both agreed to always use VIP lounge in our future holidays.

I will not hesitate to recommend Hayley for anybody who wants to go on holiday in style and comfort.
